Do you want to have a say in your dining program? Speak with Patrick Allard the GM or Sam Beaulieu the Executive Chef about your comments or concerns. They are available to help you. Get to know the Paul Smith's Dining Team, and feel free to share your comments, suggestions or questions. In addition, you can be involved in the decision making process about new meal programs and ways to engage your dining program. Comment Cards are a quick and simple way to make suggestions and to get your question answered, and we have employed the eco-friendly Napkin Talk Board, located in the Morehouse Dining Hall for this purpose.
